STEP 1

Grate the beets on a medium grater (just grate, without a meat grinder or other devices).
STEP 2

Sprinkle 2 tbsp. l. semolina, mix and let stand for 0.5 hours.
STEP 3

Finely chop one onion and fry in vegetable oil. Then add eggs, grated apple, grated cheese, onion, bun soaked in warm water, salt, sugar. Mix everything well with a fork until smooth.
STEP 4

Dip a tablespoon in cold water and take a portion of minced meat and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides, like regular cutlets. Prepare the sauce - 150 g sour cream, 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and mix. Fry the second onion in vegetable oil and pour a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise into it, add 3-5 tbsp. l. water, salt and bring to a boil.
