Very tasty chicken! In general, I don’t like breast meat, but if you diversify it with something spicier, it turns out not bad. I often use English mustard with grains: first I beat the breast, as in the recipe, then I add a dessert spoon of mustard, a teaspoon of honey and olive oil, and coat it well and after twenty minutes I fry without any added fat.
