    Cut each wing into three pieces at the joints. Set the tip aside - you won't need it. Separate the remaining two parts. In the middle part there are two bones: one is thicker, the second is thinner. Cut off the joint connecting the two bones on one side. Expose the bone by pressing down the flesh. Remove small bones. Push the flesh towards the joint and turn it inside out. The meat will be on the outside and the skin will be on the inside.

    At the shoulder part of the wing, cut off the joint to which the middle part of the wing was previously attached. Push back the flesh to expose the bone so that the meat is on the outside and the skin is on the inside. From one wing you get two bones with meat.

    Marinate the wings for 20 minutes. For the marinade, mix the juice of half a lemon, sugar, pepper, and salt.
