STEP 1

How to cook chicken soup with stars? Prepare all the ingredients that are listed in. The first step is to cook the broth. For this I used a chicken soup set consisting of backs and necks. You can use any parts of the chicken or the whole carcass. A tasty and rich broth is obtained from laying hens or roosters. STEP 2

So, rinse the meat and place it in the pan. Peel one onion and one carrot and add to the chicken. Fill everything with water and place on the stove. For 700 grams of meat I used 2.5-3 liters. water. Bring everything to a boil over high heat, skim off any foam that appears, reduce the heat to moderate and simmer the broth until the chicken is cooked. Open the lid of the pan slightly.
STEP 3

Peel the remaining onions, carrots, and potatoes.
STEP 4

Cut the potatoes into small cubes or cubes, as you prefer. Chop the onion into small fragments, and grate the carrots on a grater with large cloves. Rinse the bay leaf.
STEP 5

Pour refined vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well. Send the onions and carrots to fry. Saute, stirring constantly, until desired degree of roasting.
STEP 6

When the chicken is done, remove it from the pan. Also remove the boiled vegetables; they have already fulfilled their function, filling the broth with special aromas and taste. Place the potatoes into the pan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the flame and simmer the soup until the potatoes are tender. This will take 10 to 15 minutes.
STEP 7

Add the stars to the pan. Stir to prevent the pasta from sticking or forming a lump. Cook the soup until the stars are ready (4-5 minutes).
STEP 8

Salt the soup to taste. Place the bay leaf and roast into the pan and cook for about another minute.
STEP 9

At the end of cooking, add finely chopped herbs and chicken to the soup. When serving, offer each person a bowl of ground black pepper.
