Pasta can be different and noodles and vermicelli. I’ll share another version of chicken soup with melted cheese.

Chicken star soup is a favorite among all children. After all, it is not only tasty and healthy, but also looks interesting due to the curly pasta. I made this soup from chicken back and breast bones. In addition to the onion and a piece of carrot, I added frozen pepper. The broth turned out to be very rich and aromatic! I also fried it, only lightly fried the vegetables so that the carrots could be colored by the vegetable oil. Stars are very small pasta, so you don't need to cook them for long. I cooked it for just a couple of minutes. During infusion, they have time to swell and “cook” in the hot broth. It is better to take pasta from durum wheat, otherwise you can get an equally tasty “porridge”). But this is a matter of taste. And my star soup turned out great! Delicious, nutritious and unusual!

This recipe comes from Soviet times and everyone still buys bright bags of instant chicken soup from us. Of course, it is very convenient, fast, tasty, but they contain a lot of preservatives and the meat and vegetables are dried, which worsens the taste. When made at home, this soup is no worse, I would say, even much tastier. Because it’s homemade, made with soul and from natural products. This soup has one drawback: it cannot be stored for a long time, even in the refrigerator (however, this is a drawback of all soups with pasta), the stars become limp, the soup becomes cloudy, which undoubtedly affects the quality of the product. Thanks for the recipe!
