STEP 1

How to make chicken fillet with zucchini in a frying pan? First of all, prepare all the necessary products that are indicated on the list. If necessary, defrost the fillets in advance.
STEP 2

Wash the zucchini well and remove the tails from both sides. If you have a mature zucchini, cut off the skin and remove the seeds. The young fruit can be left as is. So, chop the vegetable randomly and not very large.
STEP 3

Rinse bell peppers and chili peppers and dry. Which pepper is best to use? Red peppers are ideal; they are usually more fleshy than yellow and green ones. Increase or decrease the amount of chili pepper to your taste, or omit it from the recipe altogether if you don’t like spicy dishes. Cut off the stems and cores of the peppers and remove the seeds. Chop not very coarsely.

Peel the garlic and wash the cherry tomatoes. Chop the garlic clove as much as possible or pass it through a press. Cut each tomato into four parts.

Rinse the chicken fillet and be sure to dry it to remove excess moisture. Cut the chicken into small cubes and sprinkle with your favorite spices. The recipe used ground peppers, dried thyme, basil, rosemary and oregano.

Mix everything, add salt to taste and fry over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes (no need to close the lid). Remember to stir the contents of the pan periodically, being careful when doing so to maintain the integrity of the vegetables.
STEP 8

Sprinkle the finished dish with ground allspice or black pepper and garnish with fresh herbs. Ready!
