I prepared this dish with turkey meat (breasts). I love all vegetables in general and “catch” new items in Khrumka. And then I bought zucchini and decided to try this recipe. It cooks very quickly, no need to fry anything for a long time. I made twice as much as the suggested recipe - tasty, nutritious and low in calories. And the herbs gave the desired aroma. As a side dish, I had stewed cabbage. Thank you!
