STEP 1

How to make a carrot and melted cheese roll? Peel the carrots, grate them on a fine grater, fry in a mixture of vegetable and butter under the lid until soft, drain in a colander. Chop the greens. Separate the yolks from the whites and add to the carrots. Salt, pepper, add chopped herbs and mix.
STEP 2

Beat the chilled whites with a pinch of salt until stiff foam.
STEP 3

Place the egg whites into the carrot mixture and mix gently.
STEP 4

Pour the carrot mixture onto the parchment-lined pan and smooth with a spoon. It is advisable that the layer of carrot mass should not be thinner than 0.5-0.7 cm, otherwise the finished biscuit will burst when rolled. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
STEP 5

While the roll cake is baking, prepare the filling. To make processed cheese easier to grate, you need to put them in the freezer 30 minutes before cooking. Grate hard and processed cheeses on a coarse grater. Wash the green onions and chop finely. Add onion, spices and mayonnaise to the cheese, mix everything thoroughly. You may need more or less mayonnaise, but it is advisable that the filling is not dry.
STEP 6

Remove the finished biscuit from the oven and leave in the mold for about 5 minutes. Turn the biscuit over onto the film and very carefully, slowly, remove the paper. Perhaps a little of the biscuit will stick to the paper, but that's okay. You can use a knife to remove the stuck biscuit residue from the paper and put it on the future roll before laying out the filling.
STEP 7

Place the filling on the biscuit, thoroughly covering every centimeter.
STEP 8

Using the film, taking it by the edge, roll the sponge cake with filling away from you into a roll. Wrap the roll with the same film.
STEP 9

Place the roll in the refrigerator for some time to soak. It's better to leave it overnight.
STEP 10

Carrot roll is ready! Bon appetit! Serve the roll, cut into pieces.
